We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiting Associate L -2 to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiting Associate L - 2, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and leading a team of recruiters. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for finding exceptional talent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement and enhance recruitment policies, procedures, and systems.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
