Kalki Fashion is a leading name in the bridal and couture fashion industry, known for its exquisite designs and luxurious customer experience. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and organized Process Coordinator to join our team and help streamline operations, ensuring efficiency and quality across all business functions.
**Position Overview**:
The Process Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient business processes across various departments. This role involves overseeing, optimizing, and coordinating internal processes, handling documentation, ensuring adherence to timelines, and improving workflow. The Process Coordinator will be the bridge between different departments to ensure operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Process Management**: Coordinate and optimize internal processes for various departments, ensuring consistency and efficiency in workflows.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and organize process-related documents, ensuring that all procedures are well-documented and easily accessible.
- **Cross-Departmental Coordination**: Act as a liaison between different teams (Sales, Production, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless communication and smooth process execution.
- **Timely Delivery**: Track and ensure that all processes are carried out within deadlines. Proactively identify and resolve potential delays in project execution.
- **Process Improvement**: Regularly evaluate existing processes, suggest improvements, and assist in the implementation of more efficient systems and workflows.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor ongoing processes to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and that teams follow the established guidelines.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on process efficiency, issues, and recommendations for senior management.
- **Training & Support**: Assist in the training of staff on updated processes, tools, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process coordination, operations management, or project management (preferably in the fashion industry).
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify inefficiencies and resolve them.
- **Other Requirements**: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with process optimization and workflow automation tools.
- Familiarity with the fashion industry’s production and operational processes.
- Experience in coordinating between multiple teams and handling cross-functional tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
