
Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client and Customer Support**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other stakeholders.
**Coordination & Documentation**:
Assist in the preparation and processing of sales documentation, contracts, and orders.
Ensure all sales paperwork is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in an organised manner.
**Sales Process Support**:
Track and follow up on leads, RFQs, submit quotes, follow up sales opportunities.
Ensure timely processing of quotes, orders, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow from order initiation to fulfilment.
**Customer Service Responsibilities**:
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support.
Address customer complaints, concerns, or special requests effectively.
Sales Reporting and CRM Management:
Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system
**Other Administrative Tasks**:
Assist in the creation of sales presentations and proposals.
Coordinate internal and external meetings as needed.
Assist in inventory management, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
