**To excel in this role, you should possess the following**:

- Must have Power Shell/Shell and Java Script knowledge for use cases development.
- Working knowledge in ServiceNow IT Operations Management Solutions and be able to build or modify custom patterns and trouble shoot.
- Experienced in working with 3rd party integrations
- Should be proficient in CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure accurate discovery and mapping of services into CMDB to maintain data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM configurations and processes
- Ensure continuous improvements and optimize the ITOM processes in alignment with the business objectives.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM and related workflows.
- Hands-on experience with integrations and API development within ServiceNow

- **Certifications** - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, CIS Event Management
