**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to satisfy customers' needs and provide personalized experiences
- Experience in reservations and sales
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good organizational & administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience in the hospitality industry and/or a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
**Job Reasonability**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests over the phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the services, amenities, and room availability.
- Process reservations and bookings made by customers over the phone in the Portal computer system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all information.
- Manage cancellations, modifications, and other changes to reservations over the phone, and update the system accordingly.
- Communicate with customers to confirm their reservations and provide relevant information about their stay.
- Resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers over the phone and ensure their satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of all bookings and transactions, including payments and refunds
- Maintain knowledge of Property policies, rates, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers over the phone.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Villa manager, to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
