**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the IBD COO team, based in Powai,
- partnering with the AEJ (Asia ex-Japan) IBD COO team.
- The individual will be joining an existing team of IBD COOs and will assume day-to-day
- responsibilities which will contribute towards business management, perform anc e
- monitoring, and managing key projects that are critical for the growth and day to day
- operation of the franchise.**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Business Analysis, Management Presentations**
- Work as a part of the AEJ COO’s office on global, regional and divisional projects
- Analyze the competitive and general macro / market environment
- Develop market sizing / revenue pool models at a regional / product level
- Create presentations to analyze and summarize revenue, expenses, resource

consumption, client interactions and other management reporting metrics
- Prepare presentations for senior management board meetings, town halls and off sites
- Work on modelling / forecasting the financial performance of the Investment Banking

business**Partnering with Strategy, Finance and other Corporate functions**
- Work closely with the strategy team members, business CAOs, finance and other

functional teams in different regions and divisions**Control and Conduct**
- Regular supervision and management of Investment Banking deals / transactions to

ensure optimal resource utilization and compliance
- Ensuring adherence to business policies
