**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Stories).
- Create authentic, user-generated-style content that aligns with the brand voice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaign ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio tracks, memes, and viral content.
- Work on building community engagement through creative and relatable storytelling.
- Repurpose and adapt content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Ensure timely delivery of content in line with campaign calendars.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Ability to shoot high-quality content using a smartphone or camera.
- Creative thinker with a good sense of trending aesthetics, captions, and hashtags.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines.
- A portfolio or sample of past UGC/social media work is a must.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience as a content creator, influencer, or UGC creator.
- Background in marketing, media, design, or a related field.
- Familiarity with brand collaborations and influencer marketing.
