**Job Title: Social Media Influencer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and post high-quality, engaging, and creative content (e.g., photos, videos, blog posts, stories) across social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
- Build and maintain a loyal online following by responding to comments, messages, and actively engaging with followers—foster relationships with our audience to increase brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with brands for sponsored posts, product promotions, and affiliate marketing opportunities. Ensure content aligns with brand values and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, viral content, and emerging platforms. Integrate trending topics or challenges to boost engagement.
- Participate in and promote marketing campaigns, events, and product launches, ensuring brand consistency across all content.
- Track social media metrics and performance (engagement rates, reach, impressions) and report back to stakeholders. Use insights to optimize content strategy.
- Maintain a regular posting schedule and ensure timely content creation in accordance with marketing strategies and timelines.
- Ensure content is optimized for various social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement strategies. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).
- Strong photography, video editing, and content creation skills. Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey messages clearly and creatively.
- Ability to identify and leverage social media trends and challenges for content creation.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work well with teams, clients, and brands to develop and execute content strategies.
- Comfortable with using social media tools, apps, and other tech resources to streamline content creation and management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
