**Job Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**: Oversee and optimize seller accounts on e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Flipkart, and other relevant marketplaces.
- **Advertising Campaigns**: Create and manage PPC ad campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms to drive sales and maximize ROI.
- **Client Communication**: Build and maintain effective communication with clients, particularly from the United States, ensuring their accounts are managed with professionalism and efficiency. **Fluency in English is mandatory** for client interactions.
- **Performance Tracking**: Track and analyze key performance metrics, generate reports, and offer strategic recommendations for improving campaign performance and account health.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactively address and resolve issues related to product listings, advertising campaigns, and client accounts.
- **Creativity & Strategy**: Bring creative ideas to enhance brand presence, increase sales, and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Learning & Growth**: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and strategies to continually improve work quality and achieve better results.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce account management, with a focus on **PPC advertising**.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Flipkart) and hands-on experience in running **Meta (Facebook & Instagram)** ads, particularly PPC campaigns.
- **Communication**:Fluency in English is mandatory** to professionally handle clients from international markets, especially the United States.
- **Proactive & Creative**: A proactive approach with a creative mindset to solve problems and drive sales growth.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative attitude with a growth-oriented mindset.
