**Job Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**: Manage and optimize seller accounts on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Flipkart, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
- **Advertising Campaigns**: Create and manage ad campaigns on e-commerce platforms and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) to drive sales and improve ROI.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain effective communication with clients, especially from the US, ensuring their accounts are handled professionally and efficiently.
- **Performance Tracking**: Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and suggest actionable strategies for improvement.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve issues related to listings, advertising, or client accounts proactively.
- **Creativity & Strategy**: Bring innovative ideas to enhance brand presence and sales performance.
- **Learning & Growth**: Stay updated with industry trends and adapt to new tools and strategies to enhance work quality.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce account management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and advertising tools.
- Proficiency in creating ad campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to handle international clients professionally.
- Proactive, creative, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- A team player with a growth-oriented mindset.
