Profile:

- Own the UI & UX for all the web, mobile & AI products in the products ecosystem
- Collate, evaluate, and execute as per requirements gathered from PMs or end-users
- Perform UX audits, identify usability issues, and resolve the same
- Investigate analytics to comprehend what works and what doesn't with the users
- Solve business and usability problems via UI
- Prepare & present wires and mocks that Tech, TechOps, and PMs can take further
- Create multiple options for the PMs to choose and decide from
- Design with the aim of simplifying user processes and making their lives easier, while remaining totally in-line with the business ethics, expectations, and philosophies
- Design products that demonstrate deep empathy for the customers & stakeholders
- Justify; with strong logic; each & every nugget of UI that you propose
- Define KPIs and set up benchmarks, to measure the quality of the design
- Prepare short-term and long-term design roadmaps
- Perform generative & evaluative user research if/when needed
- Attend and present designs to internal stakeholders and top management
- Work closely with Design head, Product Head, and the Product Managers
- Be extremely passionate about making your products a market success

**Qualification**:

- Design graduate with min 1 year of experience in UI/UX designing
- Should be a self-starter
- Having an eye for the details is a must
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Sound knowledge of visual design will be an add-on
- Sound knowledge of supply-chain processes will be an add-on
- Internship experience in industries like Supply-tech, E-Commerce, AI/ML, Health-tech, Food-tech, Edu-tech, Gaming-tech, Social-tech, Fin-tech, Job-tech, etc. is an add-on but not at all mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
