We are looking for one **UI/UX Designer **for an US based Project.

**Education** : Graduate

**Experience** : 6+ Years

**Soft Skills Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and conceptually.
- Should be detail-oriented, responsive and take end-to-end ownership from an operations standpoint.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and quickly adapt to change management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet the set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) consistently.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at various stages of the project lifecycle.

**Technical Skills Requirements**:

- Proven working experience in UI/UX Design and Development.
- Strong communicator who can collaborate at all levels and advise our clients and their product owners in all decision making.
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years UI/UX design experience for Web Apps, Software, Mobile App, Portals, etc.
- His/her Portfolio must include at least 7-8 projects related UI/UX design and development.
- Expertise in HTML 5, CSS3 (SCSS), and all Adobe Graphic Design Software (XD, Figma, illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence & Microsoft Excel.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with internal and external team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Continuously discovering and implementing new editing technologies and industries best practices to maximize efficiency

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
