Roles & Responsibilities:

- Designing compelling product experiences based on needs
- Clearly communicating designs and specifications to empower the engineering team
- Working closely with the product and engineering teams to design awesome customer experiences based on user and implementation feedback
- Maintaining consistent visual standards and keeping the living style guide up to date
- Reviewing features implemented by engineering and providing guidance to ensure pixel-perfect experiences
- Creative Thinking & Problem Solving
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and Brainstorming / Ideation techniques
- Ability to judge the technical feasibility of design concepts (when implemented using web technologies)

Key Skillsets / Requirements:
Portfolio is must, **Adobe HD, Figma, Zeplin.**
4 - 6 years of experience in UI UX design
Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software

Must Have : 4+ Years of experience on end to end user-centric and creative design Expert UX/UI Design Certification is a must An expert in hands-on knowledge for creating a powerful UX/UI in IOS/Android mobile apps and websites Your time, team and work management skills are off the charts
Familiarity with project management and remote collaboration tools Proficient with rapid prototyping and **visualisation tools such as Figma, Adobe CC Expert sense** & understanding of UI/UX Design principles Should have a portfolio to showcase expertise.
Good to have : Formal degree in designing/product design/User centric design

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
