**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Qualification & Client Engagement:
- Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and qualify leads.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and recommend solutions.
- Product Demonstrations & Presentations:
- Conduct online and in-person demos of the SaaS eCommerce platform.
- Prepare customized presentations and product walkthroughs based on client
requirements.
- Provide product insights and recommendations based on customer pain points.
- Onboarding & Support:
- Collaborate with onboarding specialists to ensure smooth implementation of the
platform.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless post-sales transition.
- Market & Competitive Research:
- Stay updated on eCommerce trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
- Gather client feedback to enhance product offerings.
**Required Skills**:
- 2-4 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a related role (SaaS/eCommerce
experience preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
- Work closely with the Product Team for product and feature enhancement.
