The Role

Roles & Responsibilities:

- End-to-end execution and implementation of Dynatrace solutions on complex customer environments On-Prem/Cloud/Hybrid Cloud Involve in projects needing Dynatrace solution from inception, POC to complete implementation.
- Present and demonstrate Application Performance Management to the prospective clients.
- Bring in best practices of the product to leverage the capabilities to the maximum

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 7-8 years’ experience in Dynatrace and development of custom dashboard & alerts
- Good knowledge on Application Monitoring using Dynatrace and Datadog
- Experience of deploying, configuration, and customization of Dynatrace tools for different technologies and platforms
- Very good understanding and proficient in Dynatrace tool capabilities for a given customer environment
- Efficient and experienced in resolving performance or availability related issues

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- 5+ Experience in NMS/EMS IBM Tivoli Netcool Suit of Products which includes deployment, configuration, administering and customization in Netcool/Omnibus, Probes, Gateways, WebGUI, ITM, and Jazz for SM.
- Experience on IBM Tivoli Netcool Omnibus 8.1 customized configuration and deployment of multi-tier architecture.
- Working knowledge of Probes and Gateways, experience in configuring various probes including MTTrapd, Syslog, EIF, Ping, Message bus probe etc.
- Experience in configuring Object Server Gateways like JDBC, Uni and Bi-directional Gateway.
- Good experience in JazzSM, Netcool/WebGUI deployment and configuration.
- Experience in using DB2 back-end data storage
- Working experience on managing incidents, escalation of incidents on time.
- Must have knowledge on change management, problem management and ITIL processes
