With significant leads in curation & logistics, IGP is now heavily investing in technology to solve gift discovery problem through machine learning & tech-enabled merchandizing. IGP will soon launch India's first ever gift discovery platform, taking a massive leap forward in addressing consumers' gifting needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Handling customer care

3. Handling inbound and outbound calls

when required Requirement:
- 1) Fluency in English and Hindi - other regional languages optional.

3) Good grasping power - should be a quick learner and pick up on process information effortlessly.

4) Should be well versed with the basics of e-commerce.

5) Should be energetic and enthusiastic to learn concepts

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
