**About the Role**

We are looking for a female Tele caller with excellent English communication skills to interact with our clients. The role focuses on client communication, relationship building, and providing support through professional tele calling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries from clients.
- Introduce company services/products to potential clients.
- Maintain healthy client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain client records and update information in the database.
- Work towards client engagement and retention goals.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher to 6 months of experience in tele calling/client interaction.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
