Job Title: Project Executive Field Operations

Overview:
As a Project Executive in Field Operations at Boche Tea, you will play a crucial role in executing various projects including franchise and kiosk setups. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of these projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to company standards and guidelines. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
Develop project plans outlining key milestones, tasks, and timelines for franchise and kiosk setups.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of projects.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays to ensure timely completion.

2. Site Selection and Setup:
Identify potential locations for new franchises and kiosks based on market research and company criteria.

Negotiate lease agreements and oversee the setup of new sites, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulations.

3. Franchise Development:
Develop and maintain relationships with potential franchise partners.

Facilitate the franchise onboarding process, providing support and guidance to franchisees as needed.

4. Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections of franchise and kiosk locations to ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines.

Implement corrective actions as needed to address any quality or operational issues.

5. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and milestones.

Prepare regular reports for management, providing updates on project status, performance metrics, and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in project management, preferably in the retail or food and beverage industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to oversee project implementation.
- Knowledge of local regulations and market dynamics related to franchising and retail operations is a plus.
