### Key Responsibilities:
1. *Detailed Study of Enquiries:*
- Analyze client enquiries for project requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate feasibility and prepare initial responses.

2. *Proposal Preparation and Client Meetings:*
- Develop comprehensive project proposals, including scope, timeline, and cost estimates.
- Conduct meetings with clients to present proposals and address any queries or concerns.
- Negotiate project terms and conditions with clients in collaboration with the sales team.

3. *Technical Clarifications:*
- Provide technical clarifications to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure all technical requirements are clearly documented.

4. *Project Allocation and Monitoring:*
- Allocate projects based on team skill sets and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular status meetings with project teams to review progress and address any issues.

5. *Project Profit and Loss Calculation:*
- Track and analyze project financials to ensure profitability.
- Prepare detailed profit and loss reports for each project.

6. *Coordination with Departments:*
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.
- Work closely with the data processing team to ensure timely and accurate data analysis.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between different departments.

7. *Quality Assurance:*
- Implement quality control processes to ensure high-standard deliverables.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits.

8. *Reporting:*
- Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management, including project status, financial performance, and any significant issues or achievements.

9. *Operations Coordination:*
- Oversee the entire operations of the survey projects to ensure smooth execution.
- Address and solve operational challenges promptly.

10. *Client Satisfaction and Relationship Maintenance:*
- Ensure client satisfaction with high-quality results and regular communication.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and addressing concerns.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management or a similar role in the technology or survey industry.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Proven experience in project financial management, including profit and loss calculations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Pay: ₹138,568.75 - ₹355,352.75 per year
