Job Objective Operations Manager will be in charge of providing inspired leadership and strategic support to the operational activities of Deutsche and its subordinate companies, which involves strategic decision making, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and review Operational policies and procedures.
  • Define project objectives, scope and key deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans including tasks, budget and also supervise ongoing and upcoming

projects of the Company.

  • Assemble and lead project teams and allocate resources effectively.
  • Manage operations/project budgets and resources ensuring costs stay within the approved limits.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Review/verify in association with the legal team, all the documents related to a new premise.
  • Prepare and manage operational budgets, measure and report the Return on Investments (ROIs)

and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all approved projects and provide report to the  Management.

  • Set KRAs and KPIs for the field team and provide deadlines to complete the projects
  • Work with HR department in recruiting, selecting, training and managing Operation team

members.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • MBA in Operations Management is an added advantage

Work Environment:Typically office-based with occasional travel to other locations.
