Collect and verify all necessary documents required for vehicle registration, including ownership documents, identification proof, insurance certificates, and emission test certificates.
- Submit the required documents to the relevant government authorities for vehicle registration and licensing.
- Coordinate with customers, sales team, and finance department to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Follow up with government agencies to track the progress of the registration and resolve any issues or delays.
- Stay updated on the latest rules, regulations, and procedures related to vehicle registration and licensing.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, such as tax regulations, emission standards, and safety guidelines.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers and internal stakeholders regarding the necessary documentation and compliance procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of vehicle registrations, licenses, and related documents.
- Ensure the proper filing and documentation of all records for easy retrieval and reference.
- Generate reports on registration activities and maintain databases for future reference.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries related to vehicle registration and documentation.
- Communicate with customers, sales team, and other stakeholders to provide updates on the registration process and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations related to registration and ensure timely resolution.

**SKILLS**

a) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.

b) Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple registrations simultaneously.

**Experience**

Prior experience in vehicle registration in the automobile industry **(three wheeler) **is preferred.

Knowledge of vehicle registration processes, regulations, and documentation requirements.

Familiarity with government agencies and their procedures for vehicle registration.
