We assist international companies in vendor registrations, prequalification, and tender participation with ADNOC and other major entities in Abu Dhabi.
**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Vendor Registration & Prequalification Officer** to join our Kochi office. The role focuses on handling **ADNOC SAP Ariba vendor registrations, renewals, and compliance documentation** for our Abu Dhabi-based clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage vendor registration and prequalification process on **ADNOC SAP Ariba** platform.
- Coordinate with clients to gather required documentation and certifications.
- Review, prepare, and upload compliance, financial, and technical documents.
- Maintain updated records of registrations, renewals, and client databases.
- Liaise with Abu Dhabi team for smooth project execution.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in Business Administration / Engineering / IT or related field.
- Prior experience in **ADNOC vendor registration / SAP Ariba platform** is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
**Work Schedule**: Monday - Saturday
**Location**: Infopark, Kochi
Pay: ₹15,677.91 - ₹32,850.84 per month
