**Qualifications: Graduation or Hotel Management**

As a Guest Service Associate at INOX, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional cinema experience for our patrons. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for moviegoers. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing top-notch service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience.

**Ticketing and Reservations**: Handle ticket sales, reservations, and assist guests with any ticketing-related concerns.

**Concession Stand Operations**: Assist in concession stand activities, including taking orders, serving snacks, and maintaining cleanliness in the concession area.

**Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of cinema services.

**Uphold Company Standards**: Adhere to INOX policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation or a degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for ticketing and point-of-sale transactions.

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
