The details are as follows:
**Position**:Guest Service Associate**

**Skills**: Good Communication, Team player

**Experience**: Min 6 months of experience in Guest Service

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Guest Handling**:

- Greeting & Welcoming Guest. Foster a good relationship with guest serving as main point of contact.

2. **Guest Record**- Maintain guest records.

3. **Grooming**: Follow grooming standards as per SOP.

4. **Product Knowledge**:

- Ensure guest are oriented with current offers on various products and recommending various options.

5. **Engagement**:

- Actively engage Guest to promote sales and upsell products when appropriate.

6. **Serving**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages as per guest order placed, according to established recipes and standards - SOP.

7. **Guest Satisfaction**: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.

8. **Guets Feedback**: Collect guest feedback to drive continuous service and enhancements. Share the same with the Outlet Manager

9. **Systems**: Handle system accurately using POS, ensuring bills are provided to guest.

10. **Hygiene**: Maintain cleanliness of the outlet all the time.

11. **Inventory**: Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.

12. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

13. **Grievance**: Address Guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

14. **Team Player**: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.

15. **Marketing**: Assist with special promotions, events, and tastings as required.

16. Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our commitment to quality and hospitality.

**Passport is Mandatory**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
