- Responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle ERP Finance modules to meet the specific needs of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle ERP Finance modules, with a focus on Costing, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, and develop functional specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle ERP Finance module functionalities, including but not limited to Costing setups, allocations, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and stakeholders to maximize utilization of Oracle ERP Finance capabilities.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated on Oracle ERP Finance module enhancements, patches, and upgrades, and recommend improvements to optimize system performance and functionality.
- Mentor junior consultants and team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
- Continuously evaluate and streamline finance processes and procedures, leveraging Oracle ERP Finance functionalities to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls in all finance-related activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP Finance modules, with a focus on Costing.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, with the ability to translate business requirements into Oracle ERP Finance solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully leading Oracle ERP Finance implementation projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in Oracle ERP Finance modules is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project engagements, as required.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
