**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Inventory and Costing modules.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to inventory management, costing methods, and supply chain operations.
- Design and document solutions that align with industry best practices and Oracle standards.
- Perform setups for inventory organizations, sub-inventories, transaction types, valuation structures, and cost books.
- Configure cost methods such as Standard, Actual, and Average costing.
- Support inventory transactions, item costing, landed cost management, and month-end close processes.
- Collaborate with procurement, order management, and financials teams for cross-functional integration.
- Provide user training, create functional documentation, and support UAT activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and test environments.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory and Cost Management modules.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management business processes.
- Experience with product and item configuration, transaction flows, and cost accounting.
- Familiarity with integrations between Inventory/Costing and modules like Procurement, Manufacturing, and Financials.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Oracle Cloud SCM certification (Inventory and/or Costing).
- Experience with legacy system migration and data conversion.
- Exposure to WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and/or Manufacturing is a plus.
- Understanding of financial implications of inventory and cost transactions.
