**Oracle ERP IT Support (Cloud) Expert**
- At least 7 years’ experience providing technical IT support to Oracle ERP Cloud, including supporting enhancements, integrations and reports. The experience should demonstrate they have been able to: Serve as the system administrator for all Oracle Cloud environments and components in SaaS, IaaS and PaaS including access and roles management, updates and patches, backups and monitoring of availability & usage/utilization.
- Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and data security profiles using Oracle Security Console.
- Implement and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for all modules.
- Monitor system health, performance, and usage metrics.
- Coordinate and execute Oracle quarterly patching and updates, ensuring pre-patch testing and post-patch validation.
- Maintain sandbox environments and manage migration of setups between environments.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support to resolve SRs and system defects.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, and access reviews.
- Maintain backup and recovery procedures, user access logs, and audit trails.
- Support business continuity and DR (disaster recovery) planning for Oracle ERP systems.
- Maintain IT documentation including system architecture, configurations, and administrative procedures.
