
Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused and empathetic **Customer Service Executive** to handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback for **Online food delivery business**. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfying food delivery experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with placing, modifying, or tracking orders
- Resolve complaints regarding delayed, incorrect, or missing orders
- Coordinate with delivery partners and kitchen staff for issue resolution
- Maintain records of interactions, feedback, and actions taken
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality
- Promote offers, discounts, and loyalty programs during interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills in **English**:
- Calm, polite, and solution-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of food delivery operations
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
