**Profile - Planning Engineer**

**Qualification
- B.Tech - Mech.**

Salary - Upto 3.6 LPA

**Experience - Min. 5+ yrs. in Plumbing and Fire fighting in MEP industry**

**Location - Mumbai**

Develop detailed project schedules for plumbing and fire fighting works using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Integrate plumbing and fire fighting activities into the overall MEP project timeline.

Define milestones, critical paths, and key deliverables for the plumbing and fire fighting scope.

Assess manpower, equipment, and material requirements for plumbing and fire fighting activities.

Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials such as pipes, valves, fittings, and fire safety equipment. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress for plumbing and fire fighting activities.

Compare actual progress with the planned schedule and identify any delays or deviations.

Prepare progress reports and dashboards for project stakeholders.Collaborate with design teams, site engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with the project plan.

Facilitate communication between plumbing and fire fighting teams and other MEP or civil teams.

Address scheduling conflicts and provide solutions to mitigate delays.Identify potential risks in plumbing and fire fighting activities (e.g., late delivery of fire pumps or complex piping systems).

Propose contingency plans to minimize the impact of risks on the project timeline.Coordinate with billing and quantity survey teams to ensure planned costs align with budgets.

Analyze the impact of changes in plumbing and fire fighting scope on the schedule and budget.
