**Profile - Billing Engineer**

**Qualification
- B.Tech - Mech.**

Salary - Upto 3 LPA

**Experience - Min. 5+ yrs. in Plumbing and Fire fighting in MEP industry**

**Location - Mumbai**

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for plumbing and fire fighting works.

Develop cost estimates based on project blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Analyze and evaluate tender documents to ensure accurate pricing.

Prepare client bills (Running Account Bills, Final Bills, etc.) for plumbing and fire fighting services.

Create subcontractor work orders and verify their bills based on actual work performed.

Certify and validate subcontractor invoices.

Measure and verify executed work at the site against approved drawings.

Prepare and maintain a record of variation orders and reconciliations. Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams for billing-related inputs.

Address client queries related to plumbing and fire fighting bills and payments.

Coordinate with procurement teams for material billing and inventory.
