**CAD** drafting skills with 1 - 2 years of experience
- 1 year to 2 years experience with MEP consultancy is required.
- Knowledge of ALL building **Fire Fighting, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing** aspects
- Design Coordination experience of **Residential **and **Commercial MEPF Systems**:

- Detail Design knowledge of **Fire Fighting Systems HVAC Systems **for **Residential **and **commercial **buildings as per NBC 2016 and NFPA
- Working knowledge of Xref and Layers in CAD
- Drawing of Piping SLDs, drainage and storm layouts with Invert Levels
- Drawings of RCC cutouts for MEP Services and systems
- Sizing and Drawings of Cable schedule, Main SLDs
- Drawings of sprinkler system Hydrant systems
- Drawings of HVAC ducting, Pressurization etc.
- Drawings of Fire alarm systems
- Drawings of Electrical Fixture layouts and Switch Board Schedules

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
