We have a requirement for MEP Draughtsman

**JOB DETAILS**

Designation: MEP Draughtsman

Position Type : Permanent

Education : Diploma / Diploma / Bachelor in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering

Experience: 5 + 20 years in Design & engineering of Plumbing, Fire Fighting, STP, Rain water calculation, HVAC.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of Mechanical services (eg. HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection)shop/detail drawings and as built drawings.
- Preparation of MEP coordination drawingswith other trade i.e. structural, Architectural, and electrical &interior design.
- Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings.
- Preparation of Schematic diagram and isometric layouts.
- Preparation of layout according to the local and international Standards
- Preparation of duct sizing from airflow data.
- Developing the Plan room layout and sectional detail.
- Basic knowledge of different Mechanical equipment in term of function
- Maintains and updates electronic and manual records of the company
