**Job Summary**:

First Source World (FSW) is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Officer who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and attract potential clients and partnerships with different international colleges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with different departments to set marketing goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and other campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with the company’s branding.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and develop social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engage with the audience.
- Track and analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers accepted without any prior experience
- Must be residing in New Delhi
- Must be Indian and can speak Bengali, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, and other major Indian language
- Must be a graduate in the field of Business, Sales, Human Resource, Education or Communication
- Experience not required
- Must be keen to details
- People Person
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday and on extended time if needed
