**Company Overview**:
**Advanced Renewgaz Energy Pvt. Ltd.” (AREPL)** is a new venture of ‘Rausheen Group’ and ‘Ram Niwas Group’, who are a pioneer in the verticals of electricity, Railway engineering, warehousing, industrial equipment, education and bio-fuel plants (ethanol plants). Company was incorporated on November 2022 having address as: Flat No. 1208E, 12TH Floor, VIJAYA BUILDING, BARAKHAMBHA ROAD NEW DELHI 110001.

This company is involved in production of Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) for purposes of transport and the distribution. In addition, company is also involved in the production of Bio-fertilizers & Briquettes.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to promote PROM/Pellets and various crop specific manure, including target market identification, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and farmers.
- Collaborate with field and office team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements related to fertilizers and agricultural products.
- Provide regular reports and updates to Delhi office on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the PROM/Pellet production plant and supply chain to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely delivery of products to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture or Bio-technology.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, with a focus on the fertilizer (Organic/Chemical) industry.
- Previous experience as a marketing officer or similar role in a fertilizer company is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build bond and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and visit production facilities.

**Age & Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma in Bio-technology or B.Sc. Biotechnology/ Agricultural.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
