**Job Title**: Sales Officer - Stationery Market

**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: 1-4 years in stationery Industry

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients including stationery shops, bookstores, wholesalers, educational institutions, and corporate offices.
- Promote the company’s full range of stationery products (e.g., notebooks, pens, office supplies, etc.).
- Manage existing accounts and maintain strong business relationships.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility and availability of products.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Execute sales promotional activities and monitor their effectiveness.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve client issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the stationery.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of local market and customer behavior.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
