**Job Title: Head National Sales / Mkt / BD**

**Designation: DGM / GM**

**Location
- Mumbai**

Ø Engineering Graduate with minimum 20-25 years of experience in handling BD Function for multiple plants for 2 wheeler / 4 wheeler OEMs / Tier 1 Companies.

Ø Prepare and execute 3~5 year business plan with a minimum 25% CAGR after getting all Customers forecasts for all group companies. Ø Expand our product portfolio with potential OEMs and Tier 1’s to attain maximum market share. Increase CPV/ Kit value by cross selling to existing and new customers.Prepare and achieve yearly sales budget targets.Protect Share of Business with Customers of all plants & work towards increasing it.

Ø Responsible for addition of new and existing products with new and existing customers. Ø Improve the hit rate ratio of RFQ’s across all companies to at least 30%. Ø Timely review the Performance of the entire BD team ( Target vs actuals ). Build a strong MIS reporting and Performance driven culture within the BD team.Ø Prepare a methodology to ensure accurate data for price increase /decrease is available.

**Salary**: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
