**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Focus**:

- Create and post compelling job advertisements to attract the best talent.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets by filling positions within specified timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Onboarding**:

- Oversee onboarding processes, including HRMS portal enrolment, orientation, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to process payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain precise employee records, including attendance, and HR documentation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years in recruitment, with prior experience in a fast-growing company preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Expertise managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- **Competencies**:

- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A passion for people and HR processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
