**Job Title**: Jr. Procurement Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Analyze and monitor tender opportunities, assessing feasibility and alignment with the company’s objectives.

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end proposal/tender process, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal policies.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry, our services, and competitors.

Liaise with different departments (e.g., engineering, finance, legal) to gather relevant information for proposals.

Create persuasive proposals/tenders that effectively communicate the value proposition of Harper Solution.

Maintain a proposal database and monitor the success rate of submitted tenders.

Manage communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders during the tender process.

Ensure timely and compliant submissions, incorporating risk assessments and approvals.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the tender process and proposal quality.

Maintain knowledge of regulatory and industry trends that may impact tender submissions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal/tender management, preferably in the construction industry.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.

Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,564.17 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Minimum Work: 3 years (required)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,564.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
