- Guide clients on required documents, timelines, and procedures for different types of visas.
- Review and verify all documents before submission to avoid delays or rejections.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules and regulations for different countries.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate information and prompt service.

**Requirements**:

- Hiring freshers, prior experience in visa processing or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with visa requirements for countries like USA, UK, Schengen, UAE, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills.
