Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers and merchants) and solving their strategic problems, focused on improving performance and profitability. What a VMS Senior Manager - Regional Portfolio Optimization, VCA does at Visa:
**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Define project scope, understand client objectives, and frame problems or opportunities.
- Prepare client proposals and project plans, outlining dependencies, roles, responsibilities, scope, and deliverables across markets.
- Enhance sales effectiveness by consistently capturing engagement results and impacts, and developing sales toolkits.
- Enable project delivery by expertly managing teams within complex project structures, with support from internal resources and external vendors.
- Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., Product, Marketing, Risk, Innovation) to execute projects leveraging Visa’s extensive resources.
- Continuously build knowledge, surface new insights, and produce thought leadership pieces contributing to practice development.
- Develop shared services and offshore models to improve efficiency, enhance margins, and reduce time to market.
- Standardize end-to-end delivery processes to create a consistent approach and optimize overheads.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications**
**What you will need**:

- Master’s degree preferably with 8-10 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, payments, consulting, or a related field.
- Expertise in card portfolio management, product management, or lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing complex projects within matrixed organizations.
- Experience in the product marketing lifecycle, including customer profile analysis, initiative development, campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign measurement.
- Implementation experience with products or programs within financial services.
