**Job Title**: Travel Visa Process Executive

**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on the visa regulations, requirements, and documentation for different countries.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa centers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Provide clients with accurate information about visa processes, fees, and timelines.
- Resolve client queries related to visa processing and requirements professionally.
- Monitor changes in visa policies and update internal processes accordingly.
- Coordinate with travel agents or other departments to ensure smooth client experiences.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Proven experience in visa processing or a related role in the travel industry.
- Knowledge of visa rules and regulations for multiple countries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in visa processing or related fields.
- Familiarity with online visa portals and submission platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
