**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Resolve any issues or concerns clients may have regarding their process.
- Legal and Regulatory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and advise clients accordingly.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, immigration files, and databases, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, such as legal, human resources, and recruitment, to gather necessary information and ensure a seamless immigration process. Interact with foreign posts (embassy or consulate) on behalf of clients.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience and overall effectiveness of the immigration services.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field and equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in handling immigration processes and procedures, preferably in a corporate or immigration consulting environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple immigration cases simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
