Job Description: The MEP Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in buildings or infrastructure projects. They play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and efficiency of MEP systems to meet the operational needs and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, test, and commission mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and equipment.
- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs on MEP systems to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in MEP systems, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to identify the root cause and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with other trades and technicians to ensure proper integration and functionality of MEP systems within the overall building infrastructure.
- Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately install and connect MEP systems, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventories.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations or service requests, and address them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices in MEP systems to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training in MEP systems is preferred.
- Proven experience as an MEP Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing principles, and relevant tools and equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in MEP systems.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, electrical testing equipment, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with clients or building occupants.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces when required.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
