As the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Design Project Manager at our consultancy firm, you will be responsible for leading the design and engineering of MEP systems for various construction projects. This role requires a strong technical background in MEP design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the development of MEP design concepts, calculations, and specifications, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Review and approve MEP drawings, layouts, and schematics to verify accuracy, functionality, and constructability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the design team, resolving design issues, and optimizing MEP systems for performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems with overall project design and construction activities.
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary design teams, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers, drafters, and technicians.
- Provide direction, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants to ensure alignment between MEP design solutions and overall project objectives.
- Manage client expectations, address inquiries, and provide regular progress updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks or issues.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence in our firm's ability to deliver successful MEP design solutions.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
