**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility in the real estate market.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- **Lead Generation**: Implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective buyers and investors, collaborating closely with sales teams to convert leads into sales.
- **Budget Management**: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different marketing channels and campaigns.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and engagement strategies.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Head or similar role in the real estate industry, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and customer behavior.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to interpret data and insights for decision-making.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying updated with industry trends.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in marketing roles within the real estate industry, with at least 9 years in a managerial or leadership position.
**Additional Requirements**:
