**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate logistics, including sourcing, order fulfilment, and delivery management, ensuring timely execution.
- Manage data and records in an organized manner, ensuring up-to-date information across various platforms.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Manage relationships with vendors and clients, negotiating terms, resolving issues, and maintaining positive connections.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational problems with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Be punctual and stay disciplined in all work-related tasks
- Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and contribute to the company's operational growth.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Microsoft Excel**: Advanced proficiency in data management, analysis, and reporting.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication, with an ability to engage professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients and suppliers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Data Management**: Experience in managing and organizing large sets of data with a keen attention to detail.
- **Sourcing Skills**: Ability to identify reliable suppliers and efficiently manage procurement processes.
