**Business Development Manager Responsibilities**:
- Direct visit with clients.
- Identify & generate leads through various channels for requirement of Roastown customers and/ or clients.
- Plan & conduct business meetings and presentations with the clients and understand their requirements.
- Timely preparation & submission of Proposal, Quotation & BOQ and close sales and payment collection.
- Leverages, liaison, develop and maintains good business relationships with existing as well as new clients for incremental & repeated business from existing and new product ranges.
- Collaborates with Marketing team on product and sales materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity.
- To work closely with other Futur Foods Concern & various Sales team members to further develop sales opportunities.
- Maintain proper and complete client database & MIS with ensuring confidentiality.
- Closely monitor all developments in the market and report timely to the management.
- Any other duties as assigned by the reporting head from time to time for achieving the overall objectives of the organization.
**Business Development Manager Requirements**
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree.
- Compensation commensurate with experience and demonstrated track record.
- Preferred minimum 3 to 5 years of professional working experience in Direct Sales.
- Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments.
- Must have excellent sales skills and in-depth product knowledge.
- Required Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to close business.
- Two Wheeler License with vehicle Mandatory
