Job Specification:
Educational Requirements MBA from a Reputed Institution

Relevant Work Experience 12 Years in FMCG
3 years in Senior Leadership role
Work Experience in atleast states
Must have handled a business of minimum 120 cr p.a
Experience in Export Division is added advantage Age 35 - 45 yrs

Summary: Drive Top Line and Bottom line Sales for the Given market and grow Market Share & Brand Value through a Process Driven approach, as well achieve the targeted profitability and Building Strong Team with an Attrition of less than 3% p.a Description**:Ensure budgeted Top Line Sales with Targeted GP and Ebidta for the given Market/Geography ** Execute the Marketing Initiatves prudently and ensure cost optimization **Ensure the width and depth and depth of Distribution as per Opportunity ** Drive Systems and Processes efficiently and take informed decisions **Lead and Train team and show the growth path with Career Dossier and ensure attrition is less than 3%**

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,480,401.60 per year
