**MBA Marketing/Sales Trainee**

We are a leading real estate company in Kerala, specializing in the development and construction of high-rise apartments, shopping malls, and luxury villas. With projects in Trivandrum, Kochi, Guruvayoor, and Palakkad, we have established ourselves as a trusted brand in the real estate industry. Currently, we have a team of 15 staff members engaged in sales and construction.

We are seeking MBA Marketing/Sales Trainees to join our team for a period of 6 months. The trainees will work closely with the Sales Department Head and assist in various sales operations to contribute to the growth and success of the company. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in sales within the real estate sector. If the trainees demonstrate exceptional performance during the training period, there is a possibility of being offered a permanent position within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sales Department Head in managing sales operations and achieving sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients.
- Support the sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations to clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales processes and timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and real estate.
- Assist in other sales-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Sales Department Head.

**Requirements**:

- MBA in Marketing or Sales.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and marketing within the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing will be an advantage.

Duration: 6 months (with possibility of permanent placement)

Stipend: 3000-5000 per month
