**Digital Marketing Trainee**

We are a leading real estate company in Kerala, specializing in the development and construction of high-rise apartments, shopping malls, and luxury villas. With projects in Trivandrum, Kochi, Guruvayoor, and Palakkad, we have established ourselves as a trusted brand in the real estate industry. Currently, we have a team of 15 staff members engaged in sales and construction.

We are seeking Digital Marketing Trainees to join our team for a period of 6 months. The trainees will work closely with the Marketing & Sales department and assist in various digital marketing operations to increase sales and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in digital marketing. If the trainees demonstrate exceptional performance during the training period, there is a possibility of being offered a permanent position within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing and updating the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for search engines and user-friendly.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring comments and messages.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and visuals for digital marketing materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Provide support in organizing and promoting company events and initiatives through various digital channels.
- Assist in other marketing activities and tasks as assigned by the Marketing & Sales department.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with various digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their usage for business purposes.
- Proficient in content creation and copywriting.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Duration: 6 months (with possibility of permanent placement)

Stipend: 3000-5000 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Trichur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
